Some examples on short Term memory improvement are:

There's a right way and a bad way to practice basic word association. It does appear somewhat uninteresting and if you have done any searching at all for memory improvement systems you certainly have heard of it. You might even have discounted it. But I want you to put all of that apart for the moment and accept that their might be a rather more interesting and better way of doing it.

Word organisation seems reasonable to some individuals but what if you forget your organisation? It has occurred to me before. I take some time to remember someones name and then I forget what I was meant to associated the name with.

The problem was the organisation was not robust enough and obviously not notable enough. So as to make the organisation robust enough or noteworthy enough it has to be as motivating and fascinating as a good picture. The way in which you do that's by making the association colourful and vivid and animated enough so that when that person whose name you are endeavoring to remember walks towards you again, you look at her or him, find your organisation easily, because it is so colorful and animated and funny that it returns to you like a storm of unusual feeling.

The name “Clarke” for example you give you a picture of Superman. You look at Clarke’s tie, and you see an image of a big red “S”. The name Mary might give you an image of a wedding gown, but you have got to associate the dress to something about Mary. As an example, if Mary is wearing a skirt or a dress, you look behind it and see the longest train you have ever seen on a wedding dress.

Memory enhancement methods have to be practiced until they become automatic.
